Job Summary
Trans Mountain is seeking a Finance Co-Op Student to join our team in Calgary. As a Finance Co-Op Student, you will have the opportunity to work with a progressive and fast-paced group in the Finance department.
This position is based in our Calgary Head Office and is part of a Co-op Program. You will have the chance to develop reports and compile analyses to support the company's overall budget document, assist with year-end financial statement audit, and participate in the insurance renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycle.
- Develop reports and compile analyses to support the company's overall budget document.
- Assist with year-end financial statement audit.
- Participate in the insurance renewal process.
- Assist the financial reporting team with preparation of internal control reviews.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
- Currently working towards a post-secondary institute degree in a relevant program (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Office 365 experience required.
- Enrollment in your institution's co-op program is a requirement.
