About the Role

This role will play a vital part in maintaining and facilitating billing processes, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage and resolve billing issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful resolution of each billing issue.
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders on outstanding billing issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A University/College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of customer-facing interaction and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably with data and technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of billing procedures, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
