Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Restock amenities and supplies
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
