Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in the Facilities, Redevelopment & Protection Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, directing, coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing portfolio projects, ensuring consistency with the strategy and following the implementation of Accessibility plan goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading strategic and/or performance improvement related projects. A degree in Health Services Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering is required, and a Master's degree in a related field is an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate portfolio projects, ensuring consistency with the strategy and following the implementation of Accessibility plan goals.
  • Lead strategic and/or performance improvement related projects, with a focus on accessibility and project management.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project team members, vendors, and clients, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience leading strategic and/or performance improvement related projects.
  • Project management experience with Capital Re-development/Capital Equipment, Construction Management, and Technology.
  • Knowledge and insight of accessibility barriers, with lived experience.
  • Management and Technology experiences preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of undergraduate education and relevant experience may be considered.
