Job Summary:

The Production & CI Administration position at Lode King Industries is a key role that requires a high level of administrative and training support to our production and CI program teams. As a Production & CI Administration professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our production and supervisory teams, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and CI support to production managers and supervisors, including maintaining of the CI File system and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with CI training members to ensure seamless execution of CI program initiatives and maintain open lines of communication with all departments within the company.
  • Process and support various standard operating procedures (SOPs), including maintaining SOP files and documentation, and ensuring that all procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the facilitator in scheduling and organizing the CI Lunch and Learns, including food ordering, training room preparation, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data processing, photocopying, scanning, mailings, and filing, as required.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Grade 12 education
  • CI experience is considered an asset
  • Highly process-driven and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, and MS Outlook knowledge is required
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • An energetic self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadline requirements
