Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at Ethnic Collections. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff to meet sales and customer service goals
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Authorize payments and manage store finances
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • Fluency in English
  • 40 hours per week
