Job Title: Transportation Manager

Falcon Xpress Transportation Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement efficient transportation strategies to meet customer demands.
  • Arrange for Shipping Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents, including customs forms and commercial invoices.
  • Ensure Transport Compliance: Verify that all transportation activities comply with relevant regulations, including safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Establish Policies and Standards: Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Negotiate Services: Establish and maintain relationships with transportation providers to secure preferential rates and services.
  • Oversee Vehicle Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor Revenue: Analyze and report on transportation revenue, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week.
