Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

NEW YORK FRIES is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our food service.
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
