About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Lakeview Infinity Pools. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload and transport construction materials
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Clean and lubricate cranes
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
  • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
