Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Build and nurture a high-performing team of managers and front-line staff, sourcing, selecting, and onboarding key talent.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement site-level vision, mission, values, and organizational strategies that align with Optima Living's goals.
  • Financial Management: Create and implement budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions about resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Experience in a retirement setting is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is an asset.
