About the Organization

This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple business units in multiple locations and be able to prioritize HR initiatives across businesses. You will also be responsible for identifying new business strategies and partnering with business leaders to develop next-generation leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining organizational culture.
  • Assist in building and communicating organizational policies to associates.
  • Ensure HR policies are aligned with culture.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Keep the business leaders and managers up-to-date on HR initiatives.
  • Track trends in employee behavior and suggested recommended actions/solutions.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
