About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Solution Architect to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for articulating the possibilities of digital transformation for our customers and helping them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Showcase your growth mindset by seeking to understand our customers' business challenges and designing solutions that best achieve their end goals.
  • Bring people together by acting as a bridge between our sales team and our customers, sharing insights on the latest productivity solutions and formulating creative approaches to address business challenges.
  • Challenge customers by using your skills, insight, and experience to help them see what it takes to do the right things versus simply doing things right.
  • Create an excellent experience for our customers and internal stakeholders with adaptable communication skills that foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  • 3 years of industry experience in technology focus area; experience in services pre-sales or post-sales services delivery/support capacity preferred.
  • Foundation-level training completed in at least one of the following required technologies, with the desire to develop expertise on the secondary technologies: Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration, Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection, Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management.
