Job Summary:
The Bar Manager will be responsible for curating and developing the bar program, working closely with the Wine Director to create a unique and elevated beverage experience that complements the kitchen's food program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
- Lead by example, delivering superior customer service and hospitality while training and educating staff.
- Design and develop creative, elevated custom cocktails, staying up-to-date on classic cocktail culture.
- Maximize resources and inventory, managing costs and maintaining a strong rapport with suppliers.
- Drive positive results, aligning with business goals and under the direction of the Restaurant Director, initiate and execute special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading a premium beverage operation.
- Holds a professional recognized wine and/or spirits certificate.
- Related university degree or a combination of education and experience.
- Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to provide insightful industry-leading outcomes.
- Highly committed to a premium level of quality.
- Skilled at developing and creating beverage experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
