About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Inspirations Montessori School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, emotional, and social development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development Planning: Assess the developmental needs of each child and create personalized learning plans to support their growth and progress.
  • Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development, aligned with Montessori principles.
  • Activity Leadership: Lead activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and learning, including storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest.
  • Child Guidance: Support children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits, while promoting independence and self-confidence.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress, identify potential learning or behavioral issues, and prepare comprehensive reports for parents and supervisors.
  • Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.
  • Environment Maintenance: Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and well-organized environment that promotes children's well-being and development.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of other early childhood educators and assistants, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our programs.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Security and Safety: Child Abuse Registry check and Medical exam
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
