Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC Moosomin. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Team Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food to ensure efficient service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control and Reporting
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service or related role.
Work Environment
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
