About the Role

Cooke Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders across different functional areas, documenting current and future state business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders
  • Documenting current and future state business processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Conducting research and providing recommendations for new or emerging technologies
  • Creating test plans and executing tests
  • Creating user manuals and training materials
