Job Title: Investment Advisor Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Advisor Associate to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities Inc. As an Investment Advisor Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for advisors with clients and prospects.
  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests for information.
  • Assist with client onboarding and account management.
  • Help manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation.
  • Support the advisor team with client communication and relationship-building activities.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of financial services and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
