Job Description

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Investment Advisor Associate. This role will provide administrative support to our successful Advisory Team, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and deepening relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
  • Provide proactive client service, resolving issues and ensuring attention to detail.
  • Respond to client inquiries, including account transactions, tax receipts, and account reporting.
  • Assist with client onboarding and manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and internal/external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of client documentation, adhering to internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Advisor team and clients through the Wealth Management process, maintaining audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • High level of time management and organization skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
