About the Role

Match Marketing Group is seeking a skilled Hardware Merchandiser to join our dynamic team As a Hardware Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our retail partners' stores are visually appealing and well-stocked with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, and maintain displays, fixtures, and installations in accordance with planograms and team leader directives.
  • Move and organize racks within the store.
  • Ensure all products are presented in an attractive manner and aisles are accessible to customers.
  • Maintain professional relationships with store employees and management.
  • Submit time sheets and store reports online.
  • Communicate relevant information to the team leader.
  • Travel to assigned retail locations within a designated region.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in home renovation retail, warehouses, manufacturing, or logistics environments is an asset.
  • Proficiency with power tools.
  • Flexible, reliable, and possesses excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for the duration of the work shift.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and internet.
  • Values teamwork and respects the contributions of all team members.
  • Steel-toed shoes are mandatory.
