About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to join our team at 1328965 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters, apprentices, and trades helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work site is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that arise during construction projects, using sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a valid driver's licence.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a noisy environment, and will be expected to wear steel-toed safety boots.
