About the Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing and branding strategies for Vista Credit Corp. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to meet the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Drive Business Growth: Work closely with sales, business development, and operations teams to drive leads and deliver business unit growth objectives.
  • Enhance Brand Awareness: Increase company and brand awareness while increasing customer engagement.
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns: Full cycle management of marketing campaigns, from initial idea to implementation and completion.
  • Support Business Expansion: Craft and execute marketing strategies to support Vista Credit Corp's growth and expansion in current and new markets.
  • Develop Association Membership and Trade Show Strategies: Identify and develop association membership activation, trade shows, and events to help drive sales leads.
  • Utilize Data and Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategies against thoughtful quantitative KPIs.
  • Partner with Senior Management: Partner with senior management to help lead PR and thought leadership activities.
  • Develop the Vista Learning Series and Training Programs: Fully develop the Vista Learning Series and Training Programs.
  • Test and Enhance SEO: Test and enhance SEO.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Marketing Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally B2B based.
  • Marketing Expertise: Experience developing multi-channel marketing plans, email, and paid search.
  • Project Management and Negotiation Skills: Strong project management and negotiation skills.
  • Digital Platform Proficiency: Advanced experience with a variety of digital platforms, including proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, CRM platforms.
