Executive Support Specialist

As an Executive Support Specialist at Chapman's, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior management staff with tracking and summarizing reports, creating executive summaries, and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze various data sets to create weekly, monthly, and annual reports for executive review.
- Work with customer-based portals to manage graphics, labeling, and other customer-related requests for information.
- Create production summaries from completed production data.
- Develop internal postings, announcements, and communication documents using graphics-related software.
- Maintain up-to-date product specification sheets used in production processes.
- Assist with product information updates on the company's website.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite and customer-related online modules.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an executive assistant role is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and oral French is an asset.
This role is based in our office in Markdale, Ontario, with day shift hours.
