As an Executive Support Specialist at Chapman's, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior management staff with tracking and summarizing reports, creating executive summaries, and handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze various data sets to create weekly, monthly, and annual reports for executive review.
  • Work with customer-based portals to manage graphics, labeling, and other customer-related requests for information.
  • Create production summaries from completed production data.
  • Develop internal postings, announcements, and communication documents using graphics-related software.
  • Maintain up-to-date product specification sheets used in production processes.
  • Assist with product information updates on the company's website.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite and customer-related online modules.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and oral French is an asset.

This role is based in our office in Markdale, Ontario, with day shift hours.
