The Role

This is an opportunity for experienced account professionals to join Vantage in Toronto. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients and the Account Management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align with client expectations and ensure successful project execution.
  • Exceed client expectations through elevated customer service and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines, importance, and impact on overall business goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint for client-ready reports and presentations.
  • Ability to quickly learn processes and utilize tools to manage campaigns and report results.
