Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICHES & SALADS. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
