About UsWe are a team-based approach to primary care, where we work in collaboration with other network doctors to cover clinic hours and participate in community hospital care at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital.
SalaryThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $250,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for physicians to join our team, consisting of both experienced GPs and recent grads working to build their own patient panels. Our team includes on-staff LPNs & RNs who support our patient care.

- We have a 23-room family practice clinic with MedAccess available in every patient room.

This is an opportunity to be part of a team, build your own family practice at a pace you are comfortable with and to participate in community hospitalist rotation, if desired.
BenefitsManagement of the clinic is handled by Shoreline Medical Society, a non-profit organization that partners with interdisciplinary health care providers and the community to deliver patient-centred care, hospital/community continuity of care, education and a healthy life-work balance for our team.
Additional BenefitsWe offer a sliding scale overhead range of 19.4-34.7% based on billings received each remittance. This ensures a competitive compensation package for our physicians.
