We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Transportation - Alternative Delivery group at our Winnipeg office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with leading and delivering complex P3 and alternative delivery projects, including major transportation infrastructure such as highways, bridges, transit, airports, and rail.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of technical milestones and phases of the project
- Manage budgets and deadlines for the project
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams
- Liaison with clients and the project team
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams
- Review design drawings and prepare presentation materials
- Manage contract specifications and documentation
- Liaison with discipline team members, sub-consultants, and agencies
- Implement and oversee project quality control and quality assurance
- Manage resolution of project issues and identification of mitigation measures
- Review and analyze project schedules
- Prepare proposals, project cost estimates, and budgets
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- Registered Professional Engineer in Canada (MB preferred)
- 6-12 years of related experience
- Experience assisting and leading multi-disciplinary teams of project professionals
- Experience with major transportation infrastructure and alternative project delivery models
- Strategic, conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage project deadlines
- Experience with schedule software is an asset
- Demonstrated willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiastic team player
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
