Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Major Projects Delivery

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Major Projects Delivery team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex P3 projects, including major transportation infrastructure such as highways, bridges, transit, airports, and rail.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the delivery of technical milestones and phases of the project
* Manage budgets and deadlines for the project
* Manage multi-disciplinary project teams
* Liaise with clients and project team
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams
* Review design drawings and prepare presentation materials
* Manage contract specifications and documentation
* Liaise with discipline team members, sub-consultants, and agencies
* Implement and oversee project quality control and quality assurance
* Manage resolution of project issues and identification of mitigation measures
* Review and analyze project schedules for activities, milestones, and critical path
* Prepare proposals, project cost estimates, and budgets

Requirements:

* Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited university
* Registered Professional Engineer in Canada (MB preferred)
* 6-12 years of related experience
* Experience assisting and leading multi-disciplinary teams of project professionals
* Experience with major transportation infrastructure
* Experience with alternative project delivery models
* Strategic, conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills
* Adaptability and flexibility
* Experience with schedule software
* Demonstrated willingness to learn
* Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiastic team player
* Excellent oral and written presentation skills
