Job Summary

Rodan Energy Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduler to join our team. As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and driving the Front-End Planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain updated and accurate conceptual phase schedules.
  • Load approved project plans/schedules into applicable project control systems.
  • Maintain alignment between source systems and project control systems throughout the project life cycle.
  • Perform weekly schedule updates and analysis.
  • Update schedule forecasts accordingly.
  • Facilitate project metrics reporting and variance analysis.
  • Identify actual and potential deviations from the approved annual, release, or life cycle schedules.
  • Recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor project risks against the Risk Management Plan and update as required.
  • Provide project team members with specific project information as required.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of engineering/science encompassing subject areas relevant to project planning, scheduling, risk management, and control service needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including relevant business and computer applications knowledge.
  • Successful completion of a four-year university education in an appropriate field such as Business, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in scheduling, project controls principles, and concepts such as project scoping, risk management, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Experience in Primavera scheduling software (P6) and project management within a Nuclear generating facility within a project management support capacity.
  • Experience to become familiar with engineering and construction management concepts, methods, and techniques.
