About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Creative Therapy Consultants. As a Kinesiology Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing Return to Work Support Services to clients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide job site visits to assess work environments and identify potential barriers to return to work
  • Develop and implement return to work plans, including job demand analysis and monitoring
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to ensure successful return to work outcomes
  • Conduct regular progress updates and adjust plans as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology
  • BCAK membership
  • Minimum 1-year experience in occupational therapy or a related field
  • Strong interest or experience in providing WSBC Return to Work Support Services
  • Criminal records check
  • Personal liability insurance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid CPR & First Aid training
  • Business Licence for Nanaimo
