Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing Lead to execute and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with the product and sales teams to create and implement strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search, social, email, and affiliate marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, marketing automation, and overall campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance through Bankonloop's CRM tools.
  • Continuously test and iterate on creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
