Marketing Technology Team Lead

At Bankonloop, we're seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across search, social, email, and affiliate marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing automation.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance through our CRM tools.
- Continuously test and iterate on creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
