Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Fair Waves Coffee Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, keep records of the quantities of food used, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Customer Service: Take customers' orders, serve customers, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
