Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to join our team at CSA Group. As a Field Service Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the CSA registered Mark by conducting factory inspections and safeguarding ongoing conformity of products bearing the CSA Mark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough factory inspections at CSA authorized factories to ensure compliance with applicable standards and certification reports.

  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, including Factory Inspection Reports (FIR) and Initial Factory Evaluation (IFE) reports, to document inspection findings and identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, providing information and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Stay up-to-date on new services and technologies, and communicate these to clients as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related Sciences, or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Excellent decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple inspection files and deadlines.

  • Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and general laboratory procedures.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and test data as required.
