Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician Apprentice to join our team at ADVANCE APPLIANCE LTD. As an apprentice, you will assist in the repair and maintenance of large household appliances, working closely with experienced technicians to develop your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment to diagnose faults and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the replacement of faulty components and advise customers on work performed and the condition of their equipment.
  • Work in various locations, including on-site customer service, and handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of electrical equipment and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, organized, and a team player.
