Executive Director of Financial and Administrative Services

Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Financial and Administrative Services to join our team. This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour work week.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to optimize resource allocation and achieve business objectives.
- Establish and manage financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of promotional campaigns to enhance the organization's reputation and attract new students.
- Supervise a team of over 20 staff members and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with senior staff to establish and achieve organizational objectives and develop strategies to overcome challenges.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
