Job Title: Wooden Pallet Maker

Mayfair Lumber Sales Ltd. is seeking a skilled Wooden Pallet Maker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling wood products, including pallets, window sashes, doors, boxes, ladders, and barrels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble wood products to meet quality standards
  • Make minor adjustments and repairs to wood products
  • Record information on products inspected
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution
  • Reinforce assembled products with dowelling or other supports
  • Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards
  • Mark defective parts or products for repair
  • Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
