Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CareCorp Senior Services. Our company provides superior healthcare, food, and support services to long-term care and assisted living facilities across BC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled LPN to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for performing assessments, planning and implementing personal and nursing care, and administering medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments and develop care plans for residents
  • Provide personal and nursing care to residents, including administering medications
  • Supervise care staff to ensure residents' needs are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
  • Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCN&M)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred)
