Boson Coffee Corp. is seeking a skilled Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beverage processing department.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high-performing team.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to inform business decisions and drive productivity.
- Quality and Productivity: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring our beverages meet the highest standards.
- Operations Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support production needs.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 37.5 hours per week.
