Freight Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Freight Operations Manager to join our team at T.M.T. Freight System. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistical operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Organize Operational Logistics: Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize our transportation operations.
- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless execution of our operational plans.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our equipment is in good working condition.
- Resolve Work Problems: Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Supervision: 3-4 people, including dispatchers, radio operators, shippers, receivers, transportation route and crew schedulers.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.
