About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate therapist to join our team and provide person-centered care to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Develop and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address identified needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications and technology
