About the Role

SE Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Woodbridge. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, including rehab assistants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications and technology.
