Job Summary:- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure a precise finish.
- Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, such as trowels and floats.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to ensure they are safe and durable.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
- Physically demanding work environment, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads and work at heights.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
