Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on banking and finance matters to the organization.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex banking and finance agreements.
  • Monitor and review changes in banking and finance laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Advise on legal risks and compliance issues, providing strategic guidance to the organization.
  • Represent the organization in banking and finance related matters, leveraging expertise to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Provide legal advice on banking and finance related transactions, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing risk.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • 5+ years of experience in banking and finance law, with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of banking and finance laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
