Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Event Director to join our team at Manulife. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact global events that showcase our brand and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event strategies that align with our business objectives and priorities.
  • Lead event production planning, on-site operations, and show calling for global events to ensure execution excellence.
  • Collaborate with Brand colleagues to ensure consistent branding across all events and experiences.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality events.
  • Source and manage partnerships with external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
  • University education and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in event production.
  • Advanced expertise in event environments, including show calling, stage management, and event operations.
  • Experience managing global corporate events, either from a corporate or agency perspective.
  • Strong program management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, adaptability, and attention to detail.
