Job Title: Project Manager 3

Iron Systems is a leading provider of custom-built computing infrastructure platforms, offering innovative solutions for network servers, storage, OEM/ODM appliances, and embedded systems. With over 15 years of experience, we have established a reputation for delivering holistic design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and global support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large, complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including vendors and stakeholders, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including directors and executives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager III, managing large, complex projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting for medium to large size projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and cost control.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and holding third-party vendors accountable.
  • Proven experience in managing and prioritizing large, multiple complex projects, including project performance management, requirements, solution design, development, and testing.
  • Previous experience and thorough knowledge in Agile and Agile/Hybrid methodology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT and/or telecom experience preferred (wireline, wireless, converged).
