Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Specialist at Intouch Insight, you will play a key role in configuring new and recurring mystery shopping and audit programs in our administrative systems. This is a challenging position that requires strong time management and planning skills, as well as proactive communication with multiple stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Participate in Info-Project meetings with Customer Success Managers (CSM) to discuss project requirements and objectives.
- Work with CSM and the Scheduling team to obtain and share all necessary elements for project implementation, including establishing the best field strategy to meet client objectives.
- Set up clients in our systems and review and advise CSM on questionnaire creation.
- Execute test shops and review contractor guidelines.
- Prepare solicitation texts for shop opportunities and standardize documents/communications to contractors.
- Create shop cycles in our systems, update location lists, and configure required parameters.
- Provide weekly implementation updates to the Business Unit Leader and ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date information on project implementation and setup custom dashboards/records lists to facilitate easy access to important information.
- Coordinate custom development requirements and actively participate in meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
- High school diploma.
