Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, providing guidance and support to our staff, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and security.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality product knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • A minimum of 6 months of recent experience with 3 months as a supervisor, in a customer-facing, service-oriented environment.
  • Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment is an asset.
  • Ability to lift liquor cases up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
