Exciting Opportunity: Financial Clerk Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our team at 2793588 Ontario Inc. As a Financial Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Process and prepare cheques for payroll, manage fixed assets, and perform depreciation calculations.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, balance accounts, and reconcile accounts.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax returns, including trials balance.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Basic and confidential security clearances are required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Bondable and drug test may be required.
  • Physical and Mental Demands: Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal Qualities
  • Skills and Abilities: Accurate, client-focused, organized, and dependable.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent oral and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Terms and Conditions
