- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales Division, ensuring that all sales activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
