Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Inbound Team Leader to join our team at Uni-Select Inc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in product handling, training new employees, and providing feedback to team members
- Foster a customer-centric approach and provide excellent service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution or a related field
- Certification in operating material handling equipment
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills
